Customer satisfaction is important to PatrioticNotes.com. The products we sell are of the highest quality. If your purchase is not satisfactory or an exchange is desired, PatrioticNotes.com will process your return or exchange according to the following policies.
Returns
1. Returns via USPS can be made for a refund or replacement. Complete the Return portion of the invoice you received with your merchandise. Tell us the reason for the return and how we should handle your return or exchange. Remove and keep the receipt portion of the return form and package the return form and merchandise in the original shipping box.
2. All returns for exchange or refund must be received within 20 days of original date of purchase.
The method of payment for your original purchase determines the method by which a refund is made. All products, in new condition, must be accompanied by your invoice, with the return portion completed, in the original shipping package and mailed to: PatrioticNotes.com, PO Box 2963, Ellicott City, MD 21041-2963. Be sure to insure your package and pay full postage before depositing the package at a USPS facility.
3. ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES must include a copy of the original invoice.
Due to shipping and processing time allow 15 to 20 days for completion of your return or exchange.
PatrioticNotes.com will refund the full or prorated value of product you returned plus taxes on the value of the returned product.
PatrioticNotes.com will exchange your purchase for another PatrioticNotes.com product when a completed exchange form is received, clearly indicating the full product name and product code. In the event that the value of the replacement product is greater than the price of your original purchase, PatrioticNotes.com will charge your credit card for the price difference plus applicable taxes and shipping. If the price of the exchanged product is less than the price of your original purchase being exchanged, a credit or refund will be issued, according to item #2 above.
4. Shipping charges CAN NOT be refunded
Refunds for shipping costs can not be made unless PatrioticNotes.com shipped a product in error or an item is damaged in transit. Please be sure to inspect your product before accepting receipt from the delivery entity. If the package is damaged by the carrier, refuse delivery and mark the package as Damaged In Transit. A replacement order will be shipped after confirmation by our Customer Service Department.
Specially priced and seasonal product sales are final.
